Dear Tooth Fairy,

I know you were just here a week ago, but looks like you will be flying your little fairy butt back to our house tonight.  It's a really good thing you went by the ATM after your Sonic run on Monday....good timing!!!  I am pretty sure Cannon will be fine with the fact you only have a $10.00 bill, instead of the usual $5.00 you leave....he will think he hit the jackpot!

He DOES deserve 10 buckaroos though, because he pulled this one out all by himself, and was very brave! 

Don't fall asleep and wake up at 2 am freaking out because you have forgotten my sweet boy, just do it before you go to bed, duh, like I should even have to tell you that... that is Toothfairy 101!!!

Thanks TF, we'll see you again very soon....and a lot over the years...prob around 60 times!!!  You better start saving you money for the Campbell Casa!!

Hutch and the Shark

While in Florida we learned that Hutch likes to vacuum...which was a good deal because there was a lot of sand coming into our house!  Needless to say, I see a Shark vacuum cleaner on Hutch's future Santa list!!!!

Last Friday

These are from our last day at the beach, which was a week ago today!

Oh, the difference a week makes.  Last Friday I woke up in Florida around 7am, and spent the day at the beach.  This Friday I woke up at 4:40 am, ran 10 miles, got home just in time to fix Neely's hair and get the kids to the bus stop, a trip with Hutch to Wal-mart, a nap (Hutch, not me, I cleaned), a trip to the orthopod about my foot (it's fine), back in time to get the kids off the bus......breathe!  Truth be known, this Friday was as fabulous as the last (in a much different way, of course).  I love my life!

Look how they have grown

The kids are constantly asking me who I had for Kinder, 1st, 2nd and so on.  Unfortunately, I can't remember all of them.  Les remembers ALL of his!  Hopefully they will remember, but if they don't, I will have a record of it!

First Day of School

I swear, it feels like we just did this!!!  I was very much in denial that today was the first day of school...until my alarm went off at 5:15 this morning.  Lunches made, supplies ready, backpacks packed....BACK TO SCHOOL!!!  Crazy!  The kids were super excited, my big 3rd and 1st graders!  Cannon got Ms. Underwood, who I am not very familiar with, but she has been teaching for 24 years so surely she's got it down by now....I know she'll be great.  Neely got Ms. Stockton which was Cannon's 1st grade teacher, and we LOVE her...so we were absolutely thrilled!

The morning went off without a hitch, and the 2010-2011 school year is officially underway!

I am off to take the little man to the Dr. this morning, I am certain he has a doozie of an ear infection.  

I still have some great vacay pics to post, AND we got our pictures back from our professional sitting we did in June with Melissa Glynn Photography!  The pictures are GREAT, and I can't wait to share them with you all!  Soon, I promise, but most importants and without futher adieu....

THE FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL

OH, and last but not least, in case you didn't notice Cannon finally lost one of his top teeth!  The other one is pretty loose too!!  He was so excited about the first day of school that he forgot that the toothfairy came to visit him last night.....the toothfairy that frantically woke up around 2am and realized that she had forgotten one very special little guy's tooth wrapped in aluminum foil under his pillow!!!

  

 

  

Seaside

Seaside is a super charming little town!!!  We went and checked it out yesterday afternoon, and  couldn't wait to go spend a little more time over there this evening....and meet up with our group for dinner next to the ocean.  We did a little shopping, strolling, picture taking, site seeing....and a delish dinner at a very European little pizzaria!!!  Another fab day in Floriday, only 1 to go :(.
